DIY body tracking

 

Well, hardly DIY.. but it always feels like that when you're hacking found off-the-shelf stuffs together.  Here I'm grabbing depth/tracking from a Kinect, and overlaying it ontop of the RBG image in real-time within Unreal itself.   

The goal now will be to clean this up,and use it to drive a Ctrl Rig, or some such...
